Many boat owners have had trouble getting out to deeper water without plugging the propeller.\r\nIn the last several years a different weed has appeared which is more grass like and is now the dominant weed. We are definitely in a drier cycle with minimal water flowing into Kip at this time of year. Water quality is good and I am unable to explain what is different this year than other past years.
