Location description
Seasonal creek ( dries up most summers ) flowing under the road and over a small falls into the east end of Milford Millpond then over dam into sources of Black river then eventually into Lake Ontario at Smiths Bay. Test spot is beside the culvert on the west side of the road which is easily accessed down a gradual embankment.
