- Private property sample site. Creek runs along Roselle Rd then thru Devlin Wastewater Reclamation Facility location which is upstream from sample site. Flow continues south to Meacham Grove Forest Preserve. Water flows freely year-round ranging from a slow pace during drier times to a whitewater torrent during very heavy rains. Safe location to collect samples is from bridge by guardrails.
