Pair of commercial fishermen coming into dock from setting their nets as I was testing so had a nice chat with them about the lake conditions and our water testing. Directed them to the site for more information. They mentioned when I asked what changes they’ve noticed on the lake over the past few years : more blue/green algae blooms, Asian carp and some other invasive fish species like Tench and Zander which they report to the Ministry of Fisheries when they find them in their nets.
