Noticed also bubbles in the water like soap forming when the water goes through the rapids. Noticed all summer. Looks clear the water just where the boat launch at clyde river and highway 511, but once the water starts going through the rocks it starts to form bubbles. I have noticed this increase significantly over the last couple of the years. Especially since the 2012 drought, the algae has been very bad. Before that since around 2009 to 2012 I noticed some bubbles, but not like I'm noticing now.
